Who we are
Mini Concrete Materials Inc. is a locally owned and operated full service ready-mix concrete supplier. As an established ready-mix company, we supply to all types of projects including general contractors, wind farms, natural gas plants, home builders, landscapers and homeowners. We also offer a variety of building materials that include crushed stone, building stone, base course and screening. Overall, we are dedicated to bringing high quality and reliable products to all our customers.
Who we are
history
Mini Concrete was founded in 2008 delivering concrete with only 2 mixer trailers having a capacity of 1.25 cubic yards each, thus acquiring the name of “Mini Concrete”. In 2010 Mini Concrete was incorporated, and with its steady and continuous growth went from those 2 mixer trailers to now over 50 mixer trucks and more than 100 employees statewide. By October of 2012, Sun City Rock was established for the sole purpose of providing aggregate materials for Mini Concrete, although they are open to assist the general public as well. Mini Concrete expands its service area in 2013 when it took its first portable plant for a custom project to the greater Permian Basin area.
Production and Delivery Capacity
Mini Concrete currently operates with over 50 – 10 cubic yard mixer trucks to fit the needs of any customer project. We have locations on both ends of the city to better support East/West side commitments. Our batching department includes two stationary batch plants strategically situated in the East and West side of El Paso, Texas, to better support customer service commitments. An additional five portable plants also service Pecos Texas, Orla Texas, Monahan’s Texas, Mentone Texas, and all surrounding areas. We are equipped with the tools to provide the best concrete services available in West Texas and other regions across state. Our trusted team fully understands the industry needs and best practices.

Our special project’s mobility team is ready to serve throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado and New Mexico. Mini Concrete Materials has the expertise and takes control of the situation; supplies you with the Aggregates, Cement, Production, Delivery and The Permitting of our specialized mobile concrete plants. Our mobile on-site plants are the best option to obtain high quality standards, on time delivery, and precise deadline requirements. Our commitment to our customers goes above industry standards, and we pride in the determination to complete stringent deadline and a cost-effective strategy projects.

Mini Concrete offers a wide variety of mix designs to meet any specialty project, custom specifications or day to day customer needs. Mini Concrete also operates its own in-house laboratory with certified personnel conducting daily tests of concrete products and materials to help ensure the highest quality standards are delivered to you at all times.
